Pollution affects livelihood of fishermen

ABOUT 500 coastal fishermen in Lekir, Manjung are affected by the effects of pollution in the sea.

Consumers Association of Penang (CAP) president S.M. Mohamed Idris claimed the pollution is being caused by waste disposal from factories and shrimp farms in the area.
