A DOWNPOUR did not deter some 500 people from attending the Deepavali Open House at the state stadium in Batu Kawan, Nibong Tebal.
Tables under the canopies were quickly filled with guests who arrived at the stadium for the event hosted by Batu Kawan MP Kasthuri Patto.
