THE Stevedore Employers Association Penang and Penang Port Workers Union have signed their 13th collective agreement (CA) and the workers are now one happy lot.
The CA, reviewed every three years, includes a raise in wages by between RM45 and RM60, increase in gazetted public holidays, salary advances during festive seasons and bereavement expenses for workers who pass away.
