Besides MPSJ heads of department or senior officers, representatives from JKR, DID, Syabas, TNB and IWK were also present to answer residents’ queries at the town hall session.
Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) has made it a policy for developers to fulfil the necessary infrastructure requirements before the council can issue a development order.
“We are introducing this requirement as we cannot rely on the state or federal governments to build the roads and drains for us,” said MPSJ president Datuk Nor Hisham Ahmad Dahlan.
