THE Selangor government is in talks with NGOs to have a “community feeder programme” to control the population of stray dogs.
Local Government, New Village Development and Legalising of Factories state chairman Ean Yong Hian Wah said committee discussions were being held to have a programme where a registered “feeder” in a specific area was tasked with feeding strays.
