MPJBT plans to implement call centre model pioneered by Subang Jaya Municipal Council


JOHOR BARU: The Central Johor Baru Municipal Council (MPJBT) plans to upgrade its call centre which receives and monitors public complaints.

Its president Dr Badrul Hisham Kassim said that the new feature, which would be in place next year, would allow for complaints to be better monitored and tracked to ensure they are properly resolved.
