PRODUCTION trainer M. Sundari, 45, from Penang said it was a welcome change to see the 2016 Budget offering additional incentives for middle income families.
She said the longer list of medicines and health aids with no Goods and Services Tax charges imposed came at the right time for her as her husband, a technical supervisor, is recovering from an illness which required expensive medication.
