A NON-GOVERNMENTAL organisation (NGO) has suggested that the Penang Island City Council issue special stickers for vehicles owned by associations for the disabled including those used to ferry disabled persons.
“For now, the car stickers are issued only for disabled individuals and not for vehicles owned by NGOs for the disabled people,” said Eden Handicap Service Centre Bhd general manager Bertie Tye when contacted yesterday.
