THE Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) need not convene a full board meeting to decide on the change in location for the Deepavali bazaar in Sungai Way, said mayor Mohd Azizi Mohd Zain.

He said the issue had been much debated by several parties before the council made the decision to allow traders to operate from both Jalan SS9A/13 and Jalan SS9A/12.
