Disabled woman finds it hard to raise two toddlers

LIFE has been difficult for Nor Hafizah Abdul Rahman, a mother of two, who has disability on her right arm.

Her husband, who was the breadwinner of the family, left her and their two children when she was three months pregnant with their second child and since then, Nor Hafizah, 34, has been unable to reach him in person or via phone.
