MALACCA: Four disabled Malaccans are now decision makers as local councillors.

Visually-impaired Malacca Blind Association president Hashim Ishak, English tutor Hisham Karim, mute and self-employed Johari Omar and his peer Jasmin Tigol will give input on providing better infrastructure and facilities for the disabled in the state.
