KUALA TERENGGANU: The Terengganu government has proposed for an exchange programme that will allow selected officers to be based for a three-month duration at the Public Service Department (PSD) in Putrajaya.
This proposal was put forward to PSD director-general Tan Sri Mohamad Zabidi Zainal by Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Ahmad Razif Abd Rahman on Sunday.
