THE Rawang Bikers Club (RBC) has been formed to encourage youths to give back to the community and avoid getting involved in unhealthy activities.
Its president Datuk Seri Bala Krishnan, said he had seen youths in Rawang and its surrounding areas without a platform to carry out social work.
