Checks conducted at three PJ Selatan night markets

Immigration and MBPJ officers checking the documents of foreigners at three areas in Taman Medan, PJS 8 and PJS 10.

IMMIGRATION Department and Petaling Jaya City councillors raided three hawker sites in the PJ Selatan area on Wednesday night, following complaints about foreigners setting up stalls.

The night markets along Jalan Medan 9 in Taman Medan, Jalan PJS 8/4 and the hawker stalls outside Jalan PJS 10/11 were visited by 56 council enforcement personnel and four Immigration officers who checked traders’ licences and migrant workers’ documents.
