A SMART device which enables motorists to pay for parking on Penang Island City Council (MBPP) lots managed by a concessionaire is in hot demand.
More than 850 motorists have been using the Smart Parking Gadget (SPG) since it was introduced in August and the number is expected to rise in the coming months as there is a long waiting list.
