Asiah: State monitors allocation of funds to NGOs to prevent abuse

JOHOR BARU: The state government will continue to monitor the allocations channelled to registered non-governmental organisations (NGO) to ensure zero misappropriation of funds.

Johor Women and Family Affairs committee chairman Asiah Md Ariff said that although the department did not receive complaints on any alleged embezzlement, it has always monitored the funds.
