Kelabit land earmarked for sub-temperate farming

KUCHING: Sarawak plans to produce sub-temperate vegetables and fruits in the Kelabit Highlands in the upper Baram region in the next five to seven years.

Deputy Chief Minister Tan Sri Alfred Jabu said the state government had approved 607ha of land in the area to be developed for this purpose.
