TRADERS’ associations and non-governmental organisation (NGO) have been given the mandate to run Deepavali bazaars in the city from Oct 10 to Nov 9.

Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has allocated eight areas in Kuala Lumpur for the bazaars, which will be managed by interested parties including the Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya Indian Petty Traders Association.
