Japan schools to receive 600 paintings of Penang pupils and vice-versa

SIX HUNDRED hand-drawn paintings by Malaysian students will be sent to Japan to be showcased at the schools there under the 51st Japanese Students Art Exchange Programme.

The drawings depicting the local culture and scenes of Malaysia were prepared by students from five secondary and 25 primary schools throughout Penang.
