Traders: Focused sweep making it a dull Deepavali

Here to listen: Chandrakumanan (centre, in vest) speaking to business operators in Brickfields about their claims of continuous enforcement resulting in losses.

DEEPAVALI is about a month away but business in Little India Brickfields is slowing down because of excessive enforcement in the area since early last month.
