KUCHING: Everyone needs to learn English, including those in technical jobs, says Natural Resources and Environment Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar.
Speaking at the state level Community College convocation ceremony, the minister said anyone who could not understand English would be left behind.
