VOLUNTEER organisations have started food distribution for the homeless at the Medan Tuanku Feeding Centre in Lorong Medan Tuanku 2, Kuala Lumpur.
Federal Territories Ministry secretary-general Datuk Seri Adnan Ikhsan said the first government-initiated shelter was now open to the homeless to utilise its facilities.
