SIBU: Police here have discovered that entertainment outlets have been used by criminals to indulge in the habit of abusing drugs following the arrest of 115 people.

During a press conference, district police chief ACP Mohd Kamal Kordi said of the 194 people detained for various crimes, 60% of them, or 115, were drug abusers.
