TAWAU: The Sabah Youth and Sports Ministry has allocated RM1.5mil to upgrade 10 village fields in the state annually, said Minister Datuk Tawfiq Abu Bakar Titingan.
The villagers could use the fields for all their outdoor activities, he said when launching a seven-a-side youth soccer tournament.
