THE floorspace in popular Section 5 hangout Merdekarya was packed as friends and family, colleagues and total strangers came to witness the debut book launches of performance poets Melizarani T. Selva and William Beale last Sunday.
Things kicked off with a drum performance by bhangra drummers Dholis, featuring 10-year-old Farandeep Saini entertaining the crowd with both his drumming and dance grooves.
