A HANDICRAFT centre for the disabled in SS3, Kelana Jaya is in need of funds.
Located opposite Restoran Hup Soon, near the junction of Jalan SS3/14 and Jalan SS3/29, the centre will function as a place for the disabled to learn to make handicraft as well as display and sell their work.
