AN author has urged the Government to prioritise the excavation of ancient shipwrecks discovered underground at the Sungai Batu Archaeo-logical Site in Kedah.
Datuk V. Nadarajan, 70, a lawyer-writer who authored the book, Bujang Valley: The Wonder That Was Ancient Kedah, suggested that the Tourism and Culture Ministry step in immediately by getting private and government-linked companies to finance the excavation.
