MP: Despite postponement letter, no guarantee on land status

JOHOR BARU: The state government should cancel the acquisition plan of Kim Teng Park here instead of just postponing the exercise.

Johor Baru MP Tan Sri Shahrir Abdul Samad said it was the prerogative of the state government to cancel the notice of gazette, which took effect on May 21, 2015.
