Kuching’s rally the only one with permit from council and the cops

KUCHING: Depending on who you ask, the size of Bersih4 gathering at Song Kheng Hai rugby pitch here will range between 2,000 people, according to the police, or 6,000, according to organisers.

While their opinion may differ, both parties do have kind words for one another.
