IT was a heartwarming sight to see Penangites coming out in droves to support their four-legged friends during an adoption drive in Church Street Ghaut.
Spotted at the event were dog lovers Rainbow Tang and Sky Chong, who lauded the event orga-nised by Penang Island City Council (MBPP) and five non-governmental organisations (NGOs).
