KOTA BELUD: The Energy, Green Technology and Water Ministry (KeTTHA) will send a mobile water treatment unit with a three million litre per day (MLD) capacity to Kota Belud.
Its minister Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili acknowledged the area was experiencing a critical water problem.
