CALLING all dog lovers. The Penang Island City Council (MBPP) is organising an adoption drive with five non-governmental organisations (NGOs) at Church Street Ghaut on Sunday.

MBPP councillor S. Sukumar said they would set up six booths for dog lovers to register from 9am to 1pm.
