MORE than 20,000 people are expected to attend the two-day Boria Festival 2015 at Fort Cornwallis starting today and Penang Hawkers Festival 2015 along Upper Penang Road this weekend.
Visitors can expect to see boria performances and rehearsals by eight groups from 8.30am to 11pm on both days.
