KUALA NERUS: There are plans to build a RM25mil rice mill with the capacity to process between eight and 10 tonnes of padi an hour in Besut.

Terengganu Farmers Organisation Authority (LLP) director Abd Mubin Abd Razak said the Agriculture and Agro-based Industry Ministry had approved an allocation of RM20mil for the project.
