SEVEN illegal hired car drivers, who were in the midst of picking up passengers at the Penang International Airport and Batu Ferringhi, ended up having their vehicles seized by the authorities.
Apparently, they have been operating transport serviceswithout a permit from the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD).
