KUCHING: A private sector housing lobby group has launched an online survey, hoping to shore up support for its proposals to the Sarawak government on how to address the lack of affordable homes.
The Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers’ Association (Sheda) says its members are prepared to build more than 10,000 units of properties priced under RM250,000 each as soon as the state government gives the nod.
