JOHOR BARU: The police have instructed all their state contingents to clamp down on the use of illegal substances in electronic cigarettes.

Bukit Aman Narcotics Criminal Investigation Department director Comm Datuk Seri Mohd Mokhtar Mohd Shariff said that it has been made a priority.
