KULAIJAYA: The Kulaijaya Municipal Council (MPKu) will spend RM500,000 to upgrade and build new food centres for relocated stall operators here.
Its president Abdul Rahman Salleh pointed out that many of them were operating at road shoulders, along the drains, and even at monsoon traps.
