WE have often heard of complaints from Ipoh residents against the Ipoh City Council (MBI) on uncollected rubbish around the city.
In the housing area where I stay, piles of rubbish by the road side are common sights. I have lodged complaints with MBI several times now and each time, action is taken within about two weeks.
