MBPJ to address complaints swiftly

Sealed off: The durian stalls along Jalan Harapan in Section 19 have been temporary sealed by MBPJ until all the traders agree to comply with the council’s instructions.

THE Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) is in the midst of developing a pilot programme to ensure that complaints received by the council are resolved promptly.

Speaking at the council’s full board meeting, Petaling Jaya mayor Mohd Azizi Mohd Zain said the programme, called the “Councillor Neighbourhood Ambassador” (CNA), will be implemented in stages in three zones.
