STUDENTS at SMJK Chung Ling Penang could not conceal their excitement when they got their hands on the registration forms for Penang Starwalk 2015.
“I made it into the top 45 in a com-petitive category two years ago. They even gave me a medal,” said student Chin Kuang Yong, reminiscing about his victory at the Starwalk.
