SEVERAL traders operating from an empty lot in Pusat Bandar Selayang Utara are angry that an illegal fence has been built cutting through their premises.
The three affected traders, who currently rent the piece of land from Pasar Borong Development Sdn Bhd, said an unidentified man claiming to own part of the property had built the fence in April.
