KUALA TERENGGANU: The Terengganu Social Security Organisation (Socso) paid out RM5.8 million in benefits to beneficiaries and families of contributors in the first six months of this year.
Its director Mohd Ramli Ahmad Dahalan said the payout covered temporary disablement, permanent disablement, dependants, invalidity pension, survivors' pension and funeral benefits.
