SELAYANG Municipal Council (MPS) has issued a stop-work order and sealed a site in Taman Pinggiran Pelangi, Rawang where a contractor has been stealing soil in an area measuring over 64ha.
The area, adjourning a hill with lush forest, is located beside Sungai Gong, where earth is sometimes washed away into the river, causing frequent flooding there.
