ABOUT 50 special needs and elderly residents at Pusat Jagaan Titian Nur received some pre-Raya cheer when Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor (Syabas) staff members came over for a visit.
Located at Jalan Sentosa, Kampung Melayu Batu 16 along the old Ipoh road, many of the residents had been abandoned at the home by their families despite the festive season.
