Parties have different views on IAEA report

KUANTAN: Lynas Corporation has welcomed the International Atomic Energy Agency’s (IAEA) recent report that all recommendations put forward by a review mission in 2011 on radiation safety at the Lynas Advanced Materials Plant (LAMP) had been implemented.

The rare earths mining company’s general counsel Andrew Arnold said the report confirmed what Lynas had said for many years; that the operations at its rare earth refinery in Gebeng here was of low risk.
