Clean up before balik kampung, residents advised

IN AN effort to combat the dengue menace, Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) health and environment director Dr Chitra Davi N. Vadivellu asked residents in the city to clean up possible Aedes breeding sites before heading to their hometown for Hari Raya.

She said buckets and pails must be turned over while the residents are away, to prevent water from stagnating and creating a breeding site for Aedes mosquitoes.
