THE minimum age to get a motorcycle riding licence should be raised to 21 from the current 16.
Of the 4,200 motorcyclists killed on the road last year, 1,680 or 40% were aged 16 to 25, and Consumer Association of Penang (CAP) wants young riders off the road.
