RESIDENTS of Taman Puncak Jalil have been reminded to submit the Balik Kampung form to the police before leaving town.
Serdang OCPD Asst Comm Razimi Ahmad, said last year some 3,000 forms were submitted to the Selangor police and not one of the homes that submitted the forms was broken into.
