THE first day of the state government’s hearings on objections to the Petaling Jaya Local Plan 1 (RTPJ 1) was not the smoothest of proceedings.
While many of the residents who turned up for yesterday’s hearing chaired by Selangor Housing executive councillor Iskandar Abdul Samad had received hand-delivered invitations, one exception was PJ Section 12.
